HCR Racing introduces a new proprietary material with the release of the ELITE series suspension system. The same proven strength and engineering from HCR’s Pro kit has been re-designed for sand and dune enthusiasts. This unique custom alloy, created for the ELITE series, produces unmatched strength while adding minimal weight.

The custom alloy used to manufacture the ELITE kit is 25% stronger in tensile and yield strength compared to 4130 Chromoly. The material goes through several processes and is hardened for better wear resistance and overall strength.

Following the design of the proven HCR Pro kit, the ELITE series has been created for the serious duner whowants the performance of a long travel kit without the weight.

The kit includes Summers Brothers 4340 racing axles and KING internal bypass shocks, which allow the suspension to cycle an incredible 21″ of wheel travel.

Please note that Long Travel system will not work with stock rims. A minimum of 1″ of offset is needed with 4″ or less backspacing.
